Which Labels are Compatible with Tracmor for Printing your Asset & Inventory Barcodes & QR Codes?

Ready to get started with assigning labels to your items? Let’s do it! Tracmor utilizes both the Avery-style label stock to print barcodes and QR codes for your assets and inventory items as well as the rolls of thermal labels. To print labels simply feed the blank sheet of 8.5 x 11 labels into your standard office printer (or check that your thermal label printer has a blank roll loaded and ready), check the boxes next to the items you need labels for in Tracmor, and then click on the purple print button in the upper right corner to begin configuring your labels.

You can set up the labels to print the barcode and/or QR codes and select if you want it to include the asset tag number, inventory code, or permalink URL for an item to make it easier to access on a mobile device with a camera-style scanner. Avery offers several different styles of labels including standard paper address labels, ID labels, extra-durable ID labels, water-resistant asset tag labels, metallic labels, tamper evident labels, and destructible labels all of which you can print on with your standard office laser printer.

We recommend McAuley Labels, Inc. for purchasing pre-printed asset tag labels. You can buy asset tag labels on their company website or order the asset tags through their Amazon store. If you have already entered your assets into the system, Tracmor can generate the asset tag list or inventory type list required to submit your order for you with just a few button clicks. This list will include any fields you want to be printed on the asset tag labels. If you are printing QR code labels be sure to include the permalink or URL for each asset or inventory type.
