How secure is Tracmor?
Tracmor uses industry standard SSL encryption technology, the same encryption used by online credit card processing and banking institutions,  to ensure communications between your computer and our servers are secure.  User passwords are encrypted when accounts are created, and no trace of your original password is ever stored on our servers.

How safe is my data with Tracmor?
All Tracmor data is hosted by Amazon Web Services, providing you with the reliability of Amazon's proven network infrastructure and datacenters.  For added reliability,  all data is replicated in near real-time to a physically separate location,  and full snapshots are backed up nightly.

Can I import data into Tracmor?
Tracmor includes an import tool allowing you to import assets (along with models, manufacturers, categories, and locations).

Can I export data from Tracmor?
Yes.  Every Tracmor module has an Export option for saving your data in CSV format,  so you can export all of your data,  including assets,  inventory,  contacts,  shipments, and receipts.

How do I download Tracmor?
Tracmor is open source software,  distributed under the GPL v2 license.  You can download Tracmor at http://www.tracmor.com/get-tracmor.html
