What are the requirements to install Tracmor in Windows 2003 server ?

Due to we have experienced poor performance of tracmor in Sun Solarys server we are thinking in install it in a windows 2003 server. Can you tell me the requirements for this platform?

1. How much RAM tracmor requieres ?
2. How much minimun Disk space is required to installa it?
3. Does it requires an specific service pack ?
