Topic: Tracmor slow performance in Sun Solarys

Hi, I installed tracmor in Sun Solarys and it is working fine but the performance is slow, could you tell me what can I check or what can be tunned?

Hi Justing, in general the response is slow, even when we clic in any options of the application the response is slow, even sometimes we think that the clic was not succesfull  and we click again the same options.

Today we were testing the applications and we wanted to add more Assets to the move operation, we checked 600 assests and when we saved the selections nothing happened, but I think that is becouse of the slow performance, when I adden only 3 assets to the move aperation, it took some seconds.

Even when I move from Admin tab to Assets tab or any tab, the response is slow.

We added around 20 custom fields to the application  but I understand that the last version solved the time issue when we use a large amount of custom fields. When the application is installed in a PC it works fast but in Sun Solarys where it will be installed in production environment it takes 12 secons to edit the register of an asset and takes 7 seconds to display the list of assets of a certain location.

We ran querys directly in the Database to watch the database response but it looks fast.

I will appretiate the help you can give me to solve this issue
