Asset transaction reports - adding years to drop down

In the asset transaction report, you have the drop down to select the type, whether before, after, between, etc. Then you have two fields for date selections. Mine only goes to 2010. I'd like to add 2011 to the drop downs. I'm not seeing anything in the database, so it must be in the code. Can you give me an idea of which file and line number to change?
