Topic: Paid support contract

Tracmor team,

I don't see this in the product information, but is it possible to purchase some kind of support contract for Tracmor?  We are obviously running this in house and your support offerings only seem to extend to your own hosting clients.  TIA.

You are right, we don't really advertise support-only offerings on the website currently, but we do offer such services for those who request them. I will have someone get in touch with you directly via email.
