Exclude "Company" from shipping details ?

Hello,

I really like the shipping feature of tracmo, but i do not ship all the time to companies, most of the time i ship to individuals,

so what i would like to do is to exclude "comany" from recepient information (or at least to make not as mandatory field) is that possible to do it?
