editable drop down

My one drop down (list items from database) is dependent on, on-change of another drop-down which is working properly. Now I want to make it "editable drop-down" in my tracmor (qcodo) project...

Kindly send me step by step code snippet with illustration and any example if already exist such a editable drop-down in tracmor
