Cannot redeclare class QApplication

Hi All,

I've followed all 3 steps of the installation procedure, and i've come to the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class QApplication in E:\wamp\www\tracmor\includes\prepend.inc.php on line 40

Did i missed out something?

Please help..... Thanks in advance...
