Runnign reports

When I try to run a report I get  a PHP Error.. (Ill put part of this error in the post as well). I'm wondering if someone may be able to point me in a direction. I have not talk to the systems guys that take care to the box yet, but I thought I would start here.

Reports menu --> asset transaction report --> generate

Error Type:   E_NOTICE
