Transaction delete functionality?

Hi all,
We are very impressed with this application so far and look forward to rolling it out to manage our inventory. We are however wondering why there is no option to delete inventory transactions. Often times a transaction will be made either my mistake or need to be reversed and a delete transaction option would be great in these situations.
Was the delete function not made available by design?
