When requesting assistance in the forums, the more information you can provide about your setup, the better eqiupped others will be to help you troubleshoot your problem. The following is a list of what you should include in your post when requesting help:
Platform (Windows, Mac, Linux, BSD)
PHP and MySQL version
tracmor version
Browser & version
Error messages (be sure to check your web server error log for errors that may not appear in your browser)
If you are having problems installing tracmor, include your __DOCROOT__ and __SUBDIRECTORY__ settings from configuration.inc.php (do NOT post your database login details)
