Topic: [FIXED] Schedule Receipt Recipient Information not showing up.

I am unable to select or add recipient information from the Schedule Receipt screen.

Just installed tracmor on SuSe 10.3 with no serious issues besides the normal directory permission errors.

You must add the contact information by either creating companies, contacts,  and addresses in the Contacts module,  or by using the green "plus" icons on the receipt screen to create them there.  Give that a try and let us know if you still have problems.

I have already created companies, contacts, and addresses in the Contacts module. They do not show up in the Receipts 'Recipient Information' drop-downs. Once I try and enter the info with the green 'plus' icons and I try and Save, I get a pop-up error :

An error occurred during AJAX Response parsing. The error response will appear in a new pop-up.
objErrorWindow is null
on line number 1
in file http://ipaddr/tracmor/js/_core/_tracmor.js

I cannot select the first drop-down on the green 'plus' icon pop-up. Should I be able to?

I am going to review my companies, contacts, and addresses now. Thanks for the quick response.

I have two companies defined thus far.  A total of four contacts have been created and two of those are assigned to each of the two companies I defined.

Sorry for the confusion. This is a case of user error and understanding of the system.

I was thinking of internally supported Shipping/Receiving system that automatically created a Schedule Receipt when I wanted to ship to the same company, just different location within that company. This is something that would make it nicer when we ship Assests/Inventory from one internal warehouse to another. Any plans on that?

I get a similar error when trying to use the green "plus" button to the right of the contacts combo box in the recipient info area.

the error is: "cannot move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept focus on line number undefined in file undefined"

Followed by: "An error occured during AJAX response handling. the error response will appear in a new popup"

I have contacts etc loaded. The shipping module works fine and as expected.

Any way to fix this?

I completed my first installation and I like what I see thus far.  I noticed tonight I see the same AJAX error when clicking on the green button to enter a recipient name.  Look forward to seeing this one resolved.

I got the same ajax error.
Any solution to this? Or is there another way around to add inventory which you have received?

I had a similar problem.  But last night after digging through the code, I realized that you have to select a default company for the receipt information to pull from.

That did the trick for me.  Now my contacts from my default company (which is us) show up AND I can add more from the green plus button.

A bug report has been filed for this bug here.  We will issue a fix as soon as possible.  As andrewjhead mentioned,  the workaround is to set a Default Company in the Shipping section of the Admin module.

UPDATE: This bug has been fixed and will be in the next release.
